Terms and conditions

1. Estimates and Quotations

  • All quotations are based on the information provided and are subject to change following on-site inspection or diagnosis.

  • You will be informed of any additional work or parts required before we proceed.

  • Diagnostic fees are payable even if you choose not to go ahead with repairs.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment via: cash, card, bank transfer.

3. Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, underlying faults, or consequential damage resulting from undiagnosed issues.

  • We will take all reasonable care, but accept no liability for loss or damage to the vehicle or property unless caused by our proven negligence.

  • You are responsible for ensuring the service location is safe, legal, and accessible.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a £30 fee.

4. Right to Refuse Work

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Site conditions are unsafe

  • You fail to pay for previous work

  • The vehicle is beyond safe repair or roadworthiness

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Make the vehicle available at the agreed time and location.

  • Ensure we have permission to work on private or commercial property if not owned by you.
