Please see our ‘area covered’ page for details.

  • Different jobs take a different amount of time, even the same job on 2 different models of car can take a significantly different amount of time. This means we have to quote on a case by case basis. However we do use manufacturer guided labour times for our work. Therefore jobs are able to be quoted before hand and full transparency is there for you to be rest assured on the amount it will cost to repair your vehicle.

  • If the job goes as smoothly as we hope then yes what we quote is what you pay. As we are using manufacturers labour times if a job takes longer than we quote then that’s on us and not you. However if we come across a broken/rusted bolt or a previous repair that needs our attention before we are able to continue with our job then we will take picture evidence of the situation and ask you to authorise additional time/cost before continuing.

  • Yes we can, we can come and diagnose your car with the help of our top of the line diagnostic equipment. We initially charge a 1 hour fee to come and have a look at your car. If we are able to carry out a repair during this time then it is all included within the diagnostic fee. We will alway ask for authorisation if we need more time to look into your fault and explain what we have done in the first hour and what we are planning to do within the second hour that you authorise. Once we feel we have diagnosed your car we will advise you on what repair strategy we would carry out as if your car was our own pride and joy.

  • Modern vehicles are very complex machines now with a lot of systems and therefore faults can be difficult to fix. Usually in these cases we would have advised you during the initial diagnosis that we think this part is the best thing to try initially, however there is a chance it doesn’t fix the issue and therefore will require more time to diagnose. In some cases there is an element of trial and error.

We always try our best to provide evidence during our testing as to which part of you vehicle is faulting.

  • Unfortunately this isn’t something we can facilitate. We will create an invoice that will require payment as soon as the job is completed.

  • As much as we would love the company and conversation. The idea of being mobile is to make your life as easy as possible and not intrude on your daily activities, so just hand us the keys and we will contact you as soon as we are finished.
